2010 and 2011: Dr. Eaton and Dr. Lapointe, along with their key graduate students L. Winterhalt and F. Hugue met 3 times over the year 2010, once in the field.  A second, one week field workshop was held in May 2011 at a study site in Alberta. Two biologists from Boisclair's lab join also in May to coordinate field data collection protocols at river sites.

November 29th to 30th , 2010: A networking workshop was held at Montreal (Delta Hotel) specifically to foster collaboration among researchers and across projects, and to further develop a networking strategy.

Summer tour 2010: Numerous NSERC HydroNet researchers participated in site visits to Ontario, Newfoundland, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.
